PICOelektra Machines for etching metal markings in series production runs
Our machines are suitable for small to medium-sized markings up to 80 x 30 mm in series production runs. The frame is made of tough PVC shaped sections whose surfaces are not susceptible to attack from the electrolyte. As a result, they are extremely durable and easy to clean.
Manual or automated dosing
The basic version of this machine is supplied with manual dosing. Alternatively, an automated electrolyte pump can be supplied.
Our machines are also fitted with a height-adjustable pneumatic cylinder and a service unit with an inlet for compressed air.
The machines also feature a counter and timer.
